Lidia Flores

Lidia Flores (they/she) is a mission-driven Coordinator with a deep passion for inclusion, equity, and community-centered solutions. In their role at Philanthropy California, Lidia supports the teams at SoCal Grantmakers, Northern California Grantmakers, and Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties by contributing expertise in project management, cross-organizational collaboration, and facilitation. Through this work, they help advance Philanthropy California’s mission to strengthen the philanthropic and nonprofit community by fostering connection, knowledge sharing, and collective impact.

With a strong background in project management, community engagement, and advocacy, Lidia is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces that inspire meaningful change. They share Philanthropy California’s commitment to advancing equitable policies, supporting a resilient nonprofit sector, and coordinating cross-sector efforts around climate and disaster preparedness. A first-generation college graduate, Lidia earned their B.A. in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach, and holds both PMP and CSM project management certifications. They bring a values-driven and collaborative approach to strengthening communities across California and beyond.
